    Christmas Giveaway 2025

    Upon joining our giveaway, you’re consenting to an agreement that follows our terms and conditions.

    • All of the giveaway prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There will be no exchange of items or vouchers for cash.
    • No entry fee is required for the giveaway, but you will have to spend RM288 / $60 and above as the final checkout value to earn an entry automatically. 
    • Promo codes / Gleam Points can be used during checkout to join the giveaway. However, in the case of any promo code applied & the final checkout value is below RM288 / $60, you will not be eligible to join the giveaway.
    • The status of your payment during checkout must be successful. In the case of any expired or unsuccessful payment, you will not be eligible to join the giveaway.
    • You must be over 18 years old in order to join this giveaway.
    • Multiple entries with multiple orders of RM288 / $60 and above as final checkout value are allowed.
    • All winners will be selected at random using: https://miniwebtool.com/random-name-picker/ (subject to change without prior notice) and winners will be selected in the following order: 3 consolation prize winners, 6th prize winner, 5th prize winner, 4th prize winner, 3rd prize winner, 2nd prize winner and finally 1st prize winner. 
    • The closing date for entries will be at 11:59pm (GMT+8), 24th December 2025, entries after this time will not be accepted.
    • Orders of RM288 / $60 and above at 12:00am (GMT+8) 25th December 2025 onwards are NOT eligible to join the giveaway.
    • Orders of RM288 / $60 and above as final checkout value made on mylumibeauty.com and LUMI Kiosk at The Exchange TRX, Bangsar Village II, 1 Utama & IOI City Mall are eligible to join the giveaway.  Please kindly note that orders made from Shopee, Zalora, Tiktok Shop, Vending Machines, Guardian, R Pharmacy & Cosyoung will NOT be eligible to join the giveaway.
    • On 26th December 2025, you'll receive 1 giveaway entry email if you have at least 1 entry. You’ll only get 1 email, no matter how many entries you have.
    • Upon the winners announcement on 29th December 2025, we will reach out via hello@mylumibeauty.com to each of the winners to confirm their shipping details in order for us to send out the respective prizes. If the winner can not be contacted, or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to forfeit the prize.
    • 2nd Prize Winner Korean Air Business Class Flight for 2 from Kuala Lumpur to Seoul, Korea.

    These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the LUMI Christmas Giveaway organized by LUMI Beauty (“the Organizer”). 

    By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

    1. Giveaway Overview

    - The Grand Prize consists of one (1) pair of return Business Class flight tickets from Kuala Lumpur (KUL) to Seoul (ICN) for two (2) persons, sponsored by LocknLock Malaysia (“the Sponsor”).

    - The prize covers airfare only. Accommodation, meals, visa fees, airport transfers, insurance, and other personal or incidental expenses are NOT included.

    - This prize is awarded as part of LUMI’s 2025 Christmas Giveaway Campaign.

    2. Prize Conditions

    - The flight tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other item.

    - The prize must be redeemed and utilized within the validity period determined by the Organizer.

    - Both travelers must depart and return together on the same itinerary.

    - The Sponsor’s responsibility is limited solely to the sponsorship of the Business Class flight tickets, with all booking logistics handled by the Organizer.

    3. Winner Announcement & Redemption

    - Winners will be officially announced during LUMI’s Instagram Live on 29 December 2025, on IG @mylumibeauty.

    - Winners must contact LUMI Customer Service within seven (7) days from the announcement date to verify and claim their prize.

    - If the winner fails to contact LUMI within this period, the prize will be automatically forfeited without notice. 

    - Winners may be required to provide identification and verification details for booking purposes. Any incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information may lead to disqualification.

    - Once verified, winners will be given thirty (30) days from the date of contact to determine and confirm their preferred travel dates (subject to seat availability and blackout restrictions).

    - Winners must proceed with booking even if the full travel schedule is not open yet.

    - All bookings will be arranged and made exclusively by the LUMI team, in coordination with the Sponsor and airline.

    - Winners are NOT permitted to make independent bookings, upgrades, or schedule changes.

    - Additional personal expenses (meals, upgrades, insurance, baggage, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner.

    - Once booking details are confirmed, no amendments, cancellations, or name changes will be permitted.

    - Travel must be completed by 31st December 2026. Unused tickets after this date will be forfeited.

    - Participation in this giveaway indicates full acceptance of all Terms & Conditions stated above.

    4. Rights of the Organizer

    - LUMI reserves the right to replace the prize with an item of similar value if necessary.

    - LUMI reserves the right to amend, extend, or modify the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

    - LUMI shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, cancellation, or unforeseen circumstance beyond their control.

    - LUMI is not liable for any accident or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize.

    • 3rd Prize Winner AirAsiaX Flatbed Flight for 2 from Kuala Lumpur to Seoul, Korea.

    • The fourth prize of the Taaras Beach and Spa Resort stay dates can ONLY be selected within the year of 2026, excluding dates from 14 - 20 Feb 2026 and are subject to room availability. Voucher is non-exchangeable for cash & must be presented upon check-in. Advance reservation is required and subject to availability. Voucher is not applicable for use with other discounts, promotions and packages. Surcharge will be applied for long weekends, festive season and public holiday. Accommodation is not valid for meeting, seminar and conference packages. Dining benefit is not valid for in-room service and banquet events held in function rooms.
    • The Curate Group Gift Vouchers are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash, any unused value will be forfeited. Management reserves the right to change the terms without prior notice.
    • Respective Soirée KL Vouchers are to be redeemed from 1 January 2026 - 30 June 2026. The voucher allows for claims of 1 piece of garment rental per voucher. Only one garment can be claimed per rental, per client. Vouchers are non-transferable to other personnel and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only applicable for garments up to rental price of RM800, Amount(s) exceeding RM800 must be paid in full at point of booking. Any unused balance will not be refunded or obtained for next usage. Soirée does not guarantee that specific garments will be available, so it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Vouchers can be redeemed in person & with the presence of this voucher only. Vouchers are non-refundable and are only valid, before the expiry date stated. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded. Voucher is invalid if the expiry date is in any way modified or missing. Soirée reserves the right to amend any Terms & conditions stated. Soiree has the final say on decisions in the fare of any arguments.
    • Respective COCOdry vouchers expire 31 Dec 2025 and are redeemable at COCOdry Bangsar, Platinum Park, Isetan, KLCC and Publika branches only.  Only one voucher can be used per transaction. It cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers. Non-exchangeable and non-refundable for cash or credit. This voucher is for one-time use only and is non-transferable after redemption. The issuer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. This voucher is subject to the laws of Malaysia.
    • Respective Our Second Nature vouchers are claimable for RM50 off OSN Collections. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers come with a 6-month expiry for online use only as per the terms and conditions. No minimum spend required, and no returns or exchanges are allowed.
    • Respective Gaia’s Restaurant vouchers expire 31 March 2026 and are valid for dine-in at Gaia's KL only. Vouchers must be presented before placing the order or making payment. If the total bill is lesser than the voucher value, no refund or exchange balance amount will be given. Management reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. Not valid with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless stated otherwise. No replacement will be provided for lost, stolen, or expired vouchers. Any disputes will be subject to the management's final decision. Not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other products. Voucher is valid for a single transaction only. Vouchers issued under this giveaway are stackable and may be used together in a single transaction, unless otherwise stated.
    • The first prize of the Starbucks Pre-loaded 365 x Beverage Rewards can only be used in Starbucks Malaysia and expires 31 December 2026. The card cannot be exchanged for cash. You can reload your card and check your balance at any Starbucks store in Malaysia via our local website or mobile app for registered Cardholders. Card balance can be protected by registering your card and Starbucks will replace the remaining registered Card balance only from the time you notify us that your Card is lost, stolen or damaged.
    • Respective BABEL vouchers expire 31 December 2026. Personal Training sessions are available for only off peak slots (Mon-Thur before 4pm & Fri - Sun all day).  Personal Pilates training sessions are available for anytime as long as there are no on-going  group classes. The fifth prize 1 month Babel membership with unlimited group classes is only available at TTDI, Damansara Heights, Platinum Park.
    • Respective ASCARO Padel & Social Club are applicable for 1 Utama Outlet only. Court Hour Booking vouchers are valid until 31 March 2026. Coaching Lessons for 4 pax vouchers are valid until 31 January 2026.
    • Respective Friends of Hanami (Shangri-La Mono Gift Card vouchers are for one-time use only and are non-transferable. Only one voucher can be used per transaction and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers. It is non-exchangeable and non-refundable for cash or credit.
    • Respective Steps Pilates Group Class vouchers are valid until 30 January 2026. The voucher is only applicable for group classes only. To redeem, please present this voucher upon redemption.     • Respective Steps Pilates Gift Vouchers are valid until 28 February 2026. The voucher is only applicable for group classes (reformer, chair, and barrel). Redemption is valid with a minimum rebate on a 10 group classes package. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. The original voucher must be presented upon redemption.     • LUMI reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions of the giveaway without prior notice.
    • LUMI accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prizes or any use thereof. Any tax filing obligations or any tax payments due to any authority as a result of the receipt of the prizes shall remain the sole responsibility of the participant. It is the responsibility of each participant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on his or her own financial situation.
    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond LUMI’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition on these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
    • The decision by LUMI is final. No further correspondence on the matter will be entertained.
    • LUMI is not responsible for the loss or damage of the prizes after they are fulfilled and shipped.
    • International Customers can shop on mylumibeauty.com and we only ship to the following countries: Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Macau, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam.
