1. What is the difference between toning mists and essence?
The key difference between the two is that toner helps to balance skin’s PH levels while essence helps to nourish and target specific skin concerns. 

2. Is the essence intended to replace toner?
The essence is intended to use after a toner to help re-hydrate and soften skin. However, usage will be as per skin’s need. 

3. How long it should be used after the essence is opened?
Most of our skincare items have a shelf life of 24 to 36 months, unopened. Once opened, we would recommend to finish use within 12 months to ensure the efficacy of the active ingredients. 

4. Is the essence part of a morning or evening routine?
We would recommend using the essence both day and night, after cleansing and before moisturiser. 

5. After you apply the essence, how long do you wait until apply other products/treatments?
It may take up to 5-10 seconds for the essence to fully absorb into skin before proceeding with application of other skincare products.
